Mark L. Jutras, MD, HCLD

Dr.
Jutras graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch. He
was elected into AOA, the medical honor society. He completed his
residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of
Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
Dr. Jutras then entered a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. After completing his fellowship, Dr. Jutras remained in academic medicine for three years. He then moved to Orlando, Florida to open the Center in 1991. In the same year, Dr. Jutras was elected into the Society of Reproductive Surgeons. Dr. Jutras is one of a very small number of practicing fertility physicians who has also become board certified in the laboratory aspects of embryology. He has achieved the highest certification available of HCLD in embryology and andrology. He has been involved in In Vitro Fertilization programs since 1986. Dr. Jutras opened his private practice in Orlando, Florida in 1991 and provided infertility services in that community for over 15 years. Dr. Jutras relocated his practice to Huntersville, North Carolina in order to be closer to his family and grandchildren and continues to provide services to infertile couples in his new location. |

Mary
Jutras completed both a B.S. and M.S. in Nursing at the University
of Kentucky. She was elected to Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor
Society while attending UK. She has since served as a college
faculty member at Lexington Technical Institute and Midway
College. She also served as Director of Staff Development for
University Hospitals at the University of Mississippi Medical
Center.
Mrs. Jutras has taught numerous professional development courses and is co-author of a nursing textbook. She has been IVF Coordinator at the Center since 1991. She is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing and is active in the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. |

Autumn Stokley Chandler, MHA, RN, BSN

| Autumn Stokley Chandler, MHA, RN, BSN, graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 1998 and received her Masters degree in Healthcare Administration from the Medical College of Virginia in 2002. After completing an administrative residency in strategic planning at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center, she returned to school to complete her Bachelors degree in Nursing in 2006. She is a member of Phi Eta Sigma Honor Society, Golden Key Honor Society, and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and was recognized as a North Carolina Nurse Scholar. Autumn serves as Practice Administrator and IVF nurse for Affordable IVF. | |
Melissa Stryker, MA, LPC

| Melissa Stryker, MA, LPC, received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Cum Laude,at St. Bonaventure University in New York. She went on to receive her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology, with a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, at Assumption College in Massachusetts. She is currently licensed through the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. Prior to opening her own practice, Lake Norman Counseling Services, Melissa worked with Psychiatric Services of Lake Norman, Daymark Recovery Services, and UMASS Memorial Marlborough Hospital. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and their Mental Health Professional Group. | |
